Case Studies
Practical examples will be published here when the work, permission and evidence are ready to share.
Evidence before promotion
We will only publish a case study when there is appropriate client permission for the identity or anonymisation used, alongside a supporting internal evidence record.
Each study will explain the business problem, what discovery found, what changed, the controls introduced, the measured result and the lesson learned. Until then, this page contains no client names, claims, statistics or illustrative examples.
What publication requires
- Written permission for a named client or an approved anonymised description, including the permitted scope.
- The business problem, discovery findings, changes made, controls introduced and lesson learned.
- A measured result with its scope, measurement period, method and limitations clearly stated.
- Every published metric traceable to an internal evidence record.
