Scope, timing and price

This is a focused, fixed-scope advisory engagement. Most reviews are completed within 1–2 weeks of the discovery call, depending on the size of the organisation, number of systems and availability of information.

The process is: discovery call, review, written report and follow-up management discussion. The standard engagement is £2,950 + VAT (£3,540 including current 20% VAT), with scope and timing confirmed before starting.

A recommendation to take no action remains a valid outcome where the evidence supports it. Book a discovery call to confirm the engagement.
